Blackened Fish

This fish recipe is super easy and flavorful. Just 10 minutes from start to first bite!

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 tsp blackened seasoning
  • 1lb cod or tilapia
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon
  • Recipe

    Season both filet sides with blackened seasoning. Add 1/2 tbsp butter to a skillet on medium-high heat. Sear the filet 4-5, flip, add remaining butter, and cook 4-5 minutes more or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F. Remove from the pan and serve with a lemon wedge.
