Ingredients
5-6poundscountry style pork ribs
¼-1/3cupPork Seasoningsubstitute with salt/black pepper and seasonings as desired
2cupsbarbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and on the prepared sheet pan. Generously season on all sides. Cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake 2-2 ½ hours.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven. The ribs produce a lot of liquid, so be careful as you transfer the pan and open the foil. Using a fork, check for the ribs tenderness. They should pull apart easily. If they don’t, re-cover with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature 275°F. Carefully tilt a corner of the sheet pan into a bowl, draining the pan of the liquids. Brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce over all sides of the ribs. Return to the oven. Bake uncovered an additional 30-45 minutes.
Optional step, broil 3-5 minutes for extra barbecue sauce caramelization.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Brush with additional bbq sauce, if desired.

Choose your FavoriteBarbecue Sauce. Feel free to use your favorite bbq sauce brand. For a different twist, try a honey barbecue sauce or a spicy sauce. You can also opt for a homemade bbq sauce.
Try Finishing them on the Grill. While this recipe is designed for baking, you can also grill the ribs for an extra smoky flavor. Simply pre-cook them in the oven, then finish on the grill.
You can Marinate in Advance for Even More Flavor. For even more flavor, marinate the ribs in the seasoning overnight before cooking.
