Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup whole buttermilk
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2-3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced parsley or ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • seasoning salt or salt and black pepper amount as desired

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl or mason jar, add mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, whole buttermilk, milk, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper or seasoning salt. Stir or shake until smooth and well combined.
  • If you prefer a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk or milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Sample the dressing and adjust any ingredients to suit your taste.
  • Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
